Live Sensor Monitoring
Pulls live surge readings from DFO stations across 7 Atlantic locations. Risk scoring (1–5) updated every 15 minutes, with AI anomaly detection flagging faulty or suspicious readings automatically.
AI Surge Forecasting
72-hour storm surge forecast driven by an LSTM neural network (hours 1–48) blended with meteorological slope/decay for hours 49–72. 7-day tide and marine forecasts per station.
Multi-Hazard Alert System
Unified risk score combining surge, hurricane, marine, CAP flood, and tsunami signals. Push notifications via Firebase FCM, real-time WebSocket streaming, and proactive alerts 6–48 hours ahead of deteriorating conditions.
Municipal Dashboard
Role-based web dashboard with magic-link authentication, broadcast alerts (all-users or geo-targeted), road closure management with map overlays, hazard zone creation, and DFAA-ready emergency data exports.
iOS & Android App
Full offline cache for every screen — risk scores, surge forecasts, tide predictions, hazard zones, road closures, and flood alerts all stored locally. Auto-syncs silently when connectivity returns.
Community Flood Reporting
Residents submit GPS-tagged flood photos via the mobile app. Auto-rejection outside Atlantic Canada, human review dashboard, and DFAA export v2 with surge summaries, anomaly logs, and approved community reports.
